Shipping Policy Ask Cindy, Inc. may sell specific products under the trademark Ask Cindy. We do not provide client information to third parties at this time. Ask Cindy, Inc. is not a manufacturer - and primarily works to private label products with a manufacturer. Our policy with manufacturers requires the following and by ordering from our site, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions of product ordering and shipping:
• Most orders ship within 72 hours. If the item you ordered is not in stock to ship within 72 hours of your order, we will contact you with the estimated shipping time.
• Items purchased from a retail outlet must be returned to same outlet and are compliant with return policies of that organization.
• Damaged items shipped from our manufacturer or from Ask Cindy, Inc. will have a customer service contact number on the label. This number must be called within 10 days of receipt of merchandise. We cannot be responsible for damages after that time.
• Non damaged goods must be called in for return within 4 days of receipt in order to be returned for proper credit. Only a on site store credit can be issued for non-damaged product returns. The cost of the return shipping for non-damaged merchandise must be paid by the customer.

• Shipping of all purchases is handled via UPS Ground, DHL/Airborne or Federal Express or standard US Mail, dependent upon packaging. Our rates are dependent upon shipping destination, item weight and packaging needs (i.e. standard cardboard box or crating).
